Vendor terms vary by event — we work with festival organizers on flat vendor fees, revenue share, or free vendor space depending on event size, audience, and what works for both sides. Just reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Vendor Minimum
Smaller events may include a $100 sales minimum to protect our time, fuel, and prep when turnout is uncertain. If we don't hit it, the organizer covers the difference. We'll let you know upfront whether a minimum applies to your event when we discuss vendor terms.
